The Minnesota State Fire Marshal's Office is assisting the Brainerd Fire Department on determining the cause of a fire that destroyed a garage Wednesday, Nov. 28, in Barrows. First responders were called to a fully involved garage fire at 4:26 p.m. at the 10000 block of Depot Street, just off Business Highway 371 south of Brainerd. The fire left one person injured.
