Cuyuna Range Women's Club to meet

CROSBY—Bob and Char Wrobel of the Wild and Free Wildlife Rehabilitation organization in Garrison will be the next featured speakers at the Cuyuna Range Women's Club meeting 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at Heartwood Senior Living in Crosby.

Wild and Free, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to the education of the public regarding wildlife, habitat and relieving the pain and suffering of wild animals. Professional and humane care is provided in efforts to preserve local wildlife. The organization is involved in rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing orphaned and injured wildlife.

Musical entertainment will be provided by the C-I High School Jazz Band led by Jenny Planer.

Brainerd Elks Lodge breakfast set

The public is invited to attend the community breakfast 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, Dec. 2, at the Brainerd Elks Lodge, 215 S. Ninth St.

Order from the menu.

All proceeds go to support Elks programs.

Spaghetti dinner planned

The public is invited to an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner fundraiser 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at the Brainerd Elks Lodge, 215 S. Ninth St., Brainerd. Cost is $8 and hosted by the Brainerd Elks Antlers youth program.

Proceeds will go to Youth on Stage: Open Mic.

Brainerd Legion upcoming events

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers will meet 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3.

The Snodeos dinner will be 6:30 p.m. with social hour at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6.

The special dinner for Friday, Dec. 7, will be jumbo shrimp for $12. Walleye dinner is also available for $11. Serving begins at 5 p.m.

Parkinson's Disease Support Group monthly meeting

BAXTER—The Parkinson's Disease Support Group will meet 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, in the dining room at Edgewood Vista, 14211 Firewood Drive, Baxter.

There will be a holiday potluck with a meat and cheese tray provided. Bring a dish to share. A survey of topics for next year will also occur.

This group has met for 13 years sharing information, support and concerns. Caregivers also welcome. Questions, call 218-829-4017.

Garrison Seniors

Garrison Seniors will meet at noon Tuesday, Dec. 4, at the Green Lantern, east of Brainerd for its Christmas party.
