The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Colby James Martin Hite, 22, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property and ordered to pay $210 in fines and fees.

Nancy Jean Portz, 34, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property to 15 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $435 in fines and fees.

Scott Donald Smith, 40, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 60 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,015 in fines and fees.

Chad Theodore Knutson, 41, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to two days jail, placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $660 in fines and fees.

Erick Allen Lewandowski, 19, Merrifield, was sentenced for felony fleeing a peace officer to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $613 in fines and fees.

James Earl Beckenbach, 48, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for felony third-degree possession of a controlled substance and gross misdemeanor DWI to 180 days jail, placed on 10 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,093 in fines and fees.

Carmen Michelle Tyrrell, 36, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $558 in fines and fees.

James Stenson Kerr, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony child endangerment-permit to be present during the sale/possession of a controlled substance to one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $385 in fines and fees.

Amy Leah Michaud, 36, Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driver's license-use false name/date-of-birth to identify self to police to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $585.

Rudy Nathan Mills, 30, Zimmerman, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 10 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $760 in fines and fees.

Stephanie Josephine Molash, 26, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process and ordered to pay $210 in fines and fees.

Pamela Marie Kern, 45, Duluth, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,085 in fines and fees.

John Elwood Turner, 52, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,043 in fines and fees.

Jesse Allen Anderson, 33, Deerwood, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on four years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,015 in fines and fees.

Troy Michael Yager, 43, Big Lake, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to seven days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,015 in fines and fees.

Michael Anthony Schreiner, 26, Hinckley, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor negligent storage of firearms to 90 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $210 in fines and fees.

Brandon Anthony Xavior Hoheisel, 22, Faribault, was sentenced for felony third-degree burglary to 21 months prison and ordered to pay $1,619 in fines and fees.

Jonathan Clair Nickey, 30, St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstruction of the legal process to 255 days jail and ordered to pay $210 in fines and fees.

Gayle Margaret Betcher, 45, Plymouth, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,015 in fines and fees.

Daryl Wayne Murray, 50, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to two days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,013 in fines and fees.

Garrett Gerald Robinson, 18, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Derick Lee Dudley, 19, Pierz, was ordered to pay $230 in fines and fees.

Erick Allen Lewandowski, 19, Merrifield, was ordered to pay $158 in fines and fees.

Carolyn Ruth Anderson, 19, Brahan, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Daniel James Larson, 21, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Justeen Marie McHenry, 18, St. Louis Park, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.
