The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Roger Julian Pulak, 52, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $895.

Damen James Adams, 22, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony third-degree controlled substance crime to 270 days jail, placed on 20 years supervised probation and fined $500.

Jordan David Clark Harris, 20, Aitkin, was sentenced for felony attempted simple robbery to 99 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Randy John Lubins, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony terroristic threats to 60 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Michael Ray Whipple, 46, Brainerd, was sentenced for serious felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct to 48 months prison and fined $50.

Lavender Marie Hangge, 20, Staples, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime to 30 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Matthew Blaine Hall, 20, Staples, was sentenced for felony receiving stolen property to 15 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

James Warren Moon Sr., 62, Glenwood, N.M., was sentenced for felony aggravated forgery to 72 days jail, placed on 10 years supervised probation and fined $55.

Andrew Thomas Svendsen, 22, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor contributing to the status of a juvenile and fined $500.

Susan Gisela Oday, 34, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor check forgery and gross misdemeanor offering a forged check to 15 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $100.

Alan Edwin Olson, 22, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor refusal to test. He was placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Jacob Charles Rodewald, 24, Baxter, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor offering a forged check, felony first-degree criminal property damage and felony fifth-degree sale of a controlled substance to 120 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $150.

Wayne Jackson Berry Jr., 37, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Arlan Jack Franzen, 21, Baxter, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI and gross misdemeanor third-degree criminal property damage to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $1,200.

Michael Floyd Williams, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Lance Richard Pikula, 43, St. Cloud, was sentenced for felony third-degree controlled substance crime. He was placed on 20 years supervised probation and fined $50.

Bradley Paul Irving, 25, Minneapolis, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to seven days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Larry Wayne Robinson, 45, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 42 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Jerry Deangelo Williams, 28, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree assault to one year jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Jerry Eugene Dean, 25, Waite Park, was sentenced for felony issuance of dishonored checks to 24 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Timothy Wayne DeRosier, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony receiving stolen property to 30 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Thomas Charles Brunes, 61, Mounds View, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to seven days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Underage consumption

Daniel Mark John Witter, 20, Baxter, was sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption to five days jail and placed on one year supervised probation.

Shoplifting

Seth Thomas Kremer, 18, Crosby, was fined $88 in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
