Ira Tomlinson, 63, who has owned and operated a barber shop in Brainerd for a longer period than any of the present barbers, will hang up his shears and comb this week. Tomlinson has sold his shop to Sye Majerus.

Hans Olson, 66, an employee of the Northern Pacific Railroad over a period of more than 30 years and crossing watchman at the Sixth Street crossing here the past 14 years, will retire from active duty with the railroad tonight.
