Ethel (Warner) Caughey

EL SOBRANTE, Calif. -- Ethel (Warner) Caughey, 84, El Sobrante, Calif., formerly of Brainerd, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001.

She was born April 27, 1917, to Mr. and Mrs. Roland B. Warner. She graduated from Brainerd High School in 1935. She moved to California at the beginning of World War II. She worked for Pacific Telephone Co. until her retirement.

Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn Looney, Alton, Mo., and Cheryl Norris, Arnold, Calif.; a son, Wayne Olson, El Sobrante, Calif.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Norman Aune, Brainerd, and Mrs. Julie Sone Mullinder, Hopkins; and a brother, Eugene Warner, Algona, Wash.

A son, Marcel Olson Jr.; her first husband, Marcel Olson Sr.; her second husband, Gene Caughey; and a brother, Roland Warner Jr., died earlier.

Burial will be today in El Sobrante, Calif.
