Wynn Roberts of Battle Lake and Nisswa NW Biathlon Club won the final 10-kilometer Sprint US Biathlon Team trial race Wednesday at Mt. Itasca in Coleraine.
Roberts skied off one more penalty than second-place Leif Norgren of St. Croix. Roberts is at the top of the list of four senior men who will go to Altenberg, Germany, in January for the last three races that will select the final two members of the US Biathlon Olympic team.
