Onamia girl struck by vehicle

ONAMIA -- A 14-year-old Onamia girl was seriously injured when she was stuck head-on by a vehicle, the State Patrol reported.

The accident occurred about 3:50 a.m. Wednesday on Virgo Road and Ojibwe Drive near Onamia. Brittany Ann Davis was airlifted to St. Cloud with internal injuries and a broken leg. The driver, Archie Dahl Cash, 42, Onamia, was not injured.

Cash was northbound on Virgo Road. Davis was walking southbound in the northbound lane of the road when she was struck.
