Conference honors two Warriors, two Flyers

Two Brainerd Warriors and two Little Falls Flyers were honored as Central Lakes Conference performers of the week ending Dec. 19.

In boys' swimming and diving, Brady Watson of Brainerd had two individual wins and was on a first-place relay against Willmar.

In boys' Nordic skiing, Zean Baker of Brainerd placed seventh at St. Cloud in a field of 60 skiers.

In boys' hockey, Michael Stumpf of Little Falls stopped 87 of 93 shots in three games.

In girls' Nordic skiing, Maria Hauer of Little Falls helped her team to first at the St. Cloud Invite with a fourth-place finish.
