Flu clinic set for Wednesday
The Crow Wing County Health Department is sponsoring a flu clinic on Wednesday. Hours are from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m. at the walk-in clinic at 219 Laurel St.
The cost of the flu shot is $10. The only insurance companies the health department will bill are Medicare Part B and Medicaid (and Medicaid or MinnesotaCare Blue Plus, Medicaid or MinnesotaCare UCare) if insurance cards are presented. People with managed care Medicare (HMO) must pay for the shot or see their doctor.

Monday -- Christmas Eve, County offices close at noon.
Tuesday -- Christmas Day, County offices closed.
Thurs., Dec. 27 -- 2 p.m. -- Open bids, Annual supply of gasohol, diesel and heating oil, Commissioners' room
