ARREST - Arrested a 36-year-old man at 7:39 p.m. Monday at Business Highway 371 and Andrew Street for fleeing in a motor vehicle, fourth-degree DWI, open bottle, possession of a small amount of marijuana and probation violation. The man also was arrested on a felony warrant for terroristic threats and misdemeanor fleeing. The man is being held in the Crow Wing County jail pending formal charges.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:56 p.m. Monday at Highway 25 and Washington Street.

No injuries were reported after a vehicle hit a light pole at 2:22 p.m. Monday at Front and South Fourth streets. The vehicle hit the pole after swerving to miss another vehicle that moved into the correct lane after driving down the wrong side of the street.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle, rear-end collision at 8:49 a.m. Monday at Washington and North Sixth streets.
THEFT - Judith Sawyer reported Monday her wallet stolen from the jewelry counter at Herberger's, 14136 Baxter Drive.
Kristen Kirkpatrick on Monday reported a theft from Downtown Jewelry, 217 S. Seventh St.
A gas drive-off was reported at 6:45 p.m. Monday from the Holiday Station Store in Garrison. A deputy stopped the suspect vehicle and arrested a 46-year-old man for DWI, driving after license cancellation and theft of gas.
