CLARISSA - Ethan Kern, Zak Lambert and Wade Moenkedick all won individual championships to lead the Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale Raiders to second at the Browerville/Eagle Valley wrestling tournament Saturday.
MAPLETON - The Staples-Motley Cardinals wrestling team finished fifth in the Maple River Invitational Saturday.
Trent Carlson (130-pounds) and Nick Trout (heavyweight) each finished second in their weight classes.
Derek Cleveland finished third at 119 pound and Andrew Becker (152) and Ryan Detloff (215) placed fourth in their respective weight classes.
