Bye scores 4 in Warrior victory

Jess Bye had a hat trick by the second period and added another goal in the third as the Brainerd Warrior girl's hockey team topped Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Wadena-Deer Creek 6-2 Saturday in non-conference action at the Brainerd Area Civic Center.

Whitney Joyce and Nicole Godbout scored the other two Warrior goals and Elle Adams added three assists.

Brainerd outshot LP-GE/W-DC 51-7 in the game.
