Sno-Daze will be revived here during the week of Jan. 11. Activities officially began this morning, however, when students in each Information Period elected a couple from their room to be King and Queen candidates.

The Brainerd Recreation Commission has announced that four public skating rinks will be open Dec. 21. The are at Mill Park, Norwood Rink, Gregory Park and Bane Park.

The Brainerd Salvage committee today shipped a carload of waste paper for wartime uses as the result of a drive for waste paper conducted here during the past two weeks.

"It was sheer carelessness on somebody's part that caused Charley to lose money on that race," said Mrs. Torkins.
