The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Ryan Ray Hardy, 24, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

David Lee Hardy, 25, Staples, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored check and gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a police officer to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $550.

Joseph Sidney Bock, 39, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Barry Allen Duus, 29, Lake Shore, was sentenced for second-degree refusal to test to one year jail and fined $50.

Amber Renee Torma, 20, Wyndmere, N.D., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft. She was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Roger Darrel Kedrowski, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for two counts of gross misdemeanor harassment to 120 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $100.

Neil Allen Frink, 39, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 37 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Joshua Ray Pfanz, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony third-degree aiding a burglary to 15 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Brian William Durant, 28, Aitkin, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 120 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Julie Anne Marie Niesen, 37, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Thomas Michael Cary, 34, Baxter, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime to 120 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Justin Lee Geyer, 21, Merrifield, was sentenced for felony first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance to 90 days jail and placed on three years supervised probation.

Vernon Bryan Olson, 48, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime and felony fleeing a peace officer to 48 months prison and fined $100.

Leslie Gene Erickson, 40, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI and gross misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct to 12 months jail and fined $35.

Corey Barker Dardis, 32, Apple Valley, was sentenced for felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle to 30 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Douglas Bert Melby Jr., 46, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 12 months and one day prison and fined $50.

Ely Ovis Emmanuel Sabahot, 45, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon to 57 months prison, placed on seven years supervised probation and fined $100.

Thomas Edward Jefferson, 38, Minneapolis, was sentenced for felony possession of a stolen vehicle to 44 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $25.

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

David Paul Meyer, 19, Baxter, was placed on one year supervised probation and fined $100.

Kendric Terrell Cole, 21, Brainerd, was fined $100.

Edward Allen Searle, 19, Crosby, was fined $500.

Jessie Robert Romine, 20, Brainerd, was placed on one year supervised probation and fined $500.

Jeremy Michael Conrad, 21, Coon Rapids, was fined $100.

Joshua Mark Hagen, 21, Breezy Point, was fined $100.

Jennifer Ann Baker, 21, Brainerd, was fined $100.
