The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Kyle William Brenizer, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct to 60 days jail, placed on 15 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $208 in fines and fees and $552 in restitution.

Daniel David Miller, 22, Motley, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Harold Clayton Lacy, 35, Minneapolis, was sentenced for felony harassment and felony failure to register as a predatory offender to 37 months prison and ordered to pay $292 in fines and fees.

Amanda Louise Gourhan, 23, Deerwood, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to four days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $730 in fines and fees.

Mark Shaun Salinas, 25, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony failure to register as a predatory offender to 24 months prison and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Steven Alan Evans, 57, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $500 in fines and fees.

Samuel Lee Bode, 32, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,010 in fines and fees.

Robert Francis Delle II, 39, Remer, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Benjamin Lewis Wink, 20, Aitkin, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

Zachary Albin Risnes, 20, Buffalo, was ordered to pay $305 in fines and fees.

Alex Joseph Brown, 19, Ironton, was ordered to pay $277 in fines and fees.
