BAXTER - Hilary W. (Woody) Schermann, age 76, resident of Baxter, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, at the Silver Bay Veterans Home in Silver Bay, Minn.
Arrangements are pending with the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd.
