The first meeting of the Brainerd YMCA Ski Club was held recently with 80 persons from as far as Little Falls attending the meeting.

Approximately 1,100 rural school children representing 65 schools of the rural area will be guests of the Brainerd Junior Chamber of Commerce at the rural kiddie Christmas party to be held Dec. 14 in the armory.
