Rudstrom propels Brainerd

ST. CLOUD - Alek Rudstrom outpaced all other swimmers claiming first in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles helping the Brainerd Warriors defeat the St. Cloud Tech Tigers 108-75 for a season-opening and Central Lakes Conference win Thursday.
Rudstrom also participated on the winning 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays.
The Warriors also claimed the 200 free relay with Evan Reese, Bradyn Watson, Sam Dellacecca and Tyler Schneider.
Schneider won the 200 and 500 freestyle events and Britton Murrey dove to a first-place 217.55.
