ST. PAUL (AP) -- A New Brighton man who broke into the apartments of five women and sexually assaulted them faces nine years in prison.
Timothy C. Yepma, 28, pleaded guilty Monday to six counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Under a plea agreement, Yepma will be placed on 20 years probation after his prison term. He also must complete sex offender treatment while in prison or within his first year on probation, said Clayton Robinson, assistant Ramsey County attorney.
District Judge John Finley will sentence Yepma on Jan. 29.
