MORA -- The Pierz Pioneers ran all over the Mora Mustangs 63-28 Friday night in a non-conference girls' basketball game.
The Pioneers were led by Shiela Stegora who finished with 12 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists, 6 steals, and 4 blocks. Missy Girtz finished with 23 points and had three 3-pointers.
"We came out strong and played very aggressively on both offenses and defense," said Pierz coach Rick Sczublewski. "Missy had an excellent game for us, getting a career high of 23 points."
