Open Forum: Coming to a Baxter neighborhood near you!
Residents of Baxter beware! Coming to your neighborhood is a psychiatric hospital or similar facility and our city will do nothing to stop it. Heck, they might even rezone the land to allow such a facility. Don't worry, though, our city council will put all kinds of conditions on it to protect you, even though, they are not sure how they can enforce these conditions. For all you know, people with dangerous conditions will be brought into your neighborhood. But, don't worry this will be a locked facility with a 10-foot high fence to keep the patients in!
