Man dies after mobile home fire

BIGFORK (AP) -- A 19-year-old Bigfork man died in a mobile home fire.

The Itasca County sheriff's office identified the victim Thursday as Kevin Christopher Hoffman.

Two other people were able to escape from the burning mobile home just before 6 a.m. Wednesday. Both suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital in Bigfork, north of Grand Rapids.

The cause was under investigation, but a preliminary investigation indicated the fire started in the living room.
