Fires

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a house fire at 10:06 p.m. Friday on Johnson Road, north of Brainerd.

The house, belonging to Bruce Johnson, sustained an estimated $150,000 in damage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

In 1989, at the same location, the Johnsons lost their previous house to fire.
