The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Jennifer Ann Dueffert, 29, Excelsior, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $500 in fines and fees.

Larry Dale Libra Sr., 59, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $132 in fines and fees.

Elmer Clair Chase, 43, Verndale, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 10 days jail or 30 days electronic monitoring, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Mark Allen Matich, 21, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Raymond Thomas Flategraff, 24, Jenkins, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Jeffrey Leo Lorber, 26, Staples, was sentenced for felony nonpayment for improvement and ordered to pay $56,894 in restitution.

Robert Cecil Wynn, 31, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Timothy Lee Defrees, 37, Mclouth, Kan., was sentenced for felony theft to three days jail and ordered to pay $500 in fines and fees.

Michael Todd Nickaboine, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree damage to property to seven days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $132 in fines and fees and $500 in restitution.

Fabian Francisco Spears, 48, Hastings, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to four days jail and ordered to pay $528 in fines and fees.

Robert Marcial Aguirre, 35, Sebeka, was sentenced for two counts of felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 110 days jail, placed on 10 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $450 in fines and fees and $22 in restitution.

Alexander Jay Howe, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced for storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult to 15 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $658 in fines and fees.

Nicole Marie Perryman Switzer, 23, Barnum, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft and ordered to pay $528 in fines and fees.

Jessica Lynn Kilpatrick, 27, Wayzata, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 15 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $630 in fines and fees.

Steve Phillip Robert II, 20, Pillager, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 48 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $290 in fines and fees.

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Marc Anthony Hummel, 18, Crosslake, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

Catherine Tobin Luckemeyer, 18, Nisswa, was ordered to enter a diversion program.

Joseph William Nordlie, 18, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $277 in fines and fees.

Rachel Marie Sawatzke, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $277 in fines and fees.

Anthony Scott Treptau, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $277 in fines and fees.
