Cecil A. Holton Olson

Cecil A. Holton Olson, 101, Brainerd, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2001, at Woodland Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd.

She was born March 3, 1900, in Hancock to John R. and Anna (Erickson) Holton. She married Alfred Olson on May 21, 1933, in Grand Rapids. He died in 1976. She lived in Glenwood; Grand Forks, N.D.; Shevlin; Bagley; and Cass Lake. She moved to Brainerd in 1942. She was a member of First Congregational Church and Women's Fellowship, American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries, Crow Wing County Historical Society, Brainerd Garden Club and the Senior Center.

At her request, there will be no services. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Glenwood.
