RREAL plans celebration in Pine River

PINE RIVER - The Renewable Energy Alliance, or RREAL, of Pine River, is planning its end of year celebration and silent auction from 6-9 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Pine River Pantry & Quilter's Parlour.
RREAL reports every heating season, Minnesotans are left in the cold because of rising heat costs. RREAL assists by installing solar heating panels on homes of low-income families.
The event includes speakers on solar energy and fuel poverty, chili and cornbread dinner with veggie and meat options, silent auction fundraiser for RREAL and live music from Tim Gack and Donnie J. Williams.
