NISSWA - Hundreds of visitors gathered in Nisswa on Friday night for the community's 28th annual City of Lights celebration, a kickoff to the winter holiday season.
Festivities included horse-drawn wagon rides, face-painting, storytelling, holiday carolers, bonfires, fireworks and an opportunity for children to meet with Santa Claus in the town gazebo.
