Child in need

Many of us get so busy with the approaching holidays that we tend to put things off until after the first of the year.

One thing that Kinship Partners asks that you don't put off this year is calling to become an adult volunteer! While the holidays can be a wonderful time to spend with friends and family, it can also be a very lonely, sad time for some children. Nothing would brighten their holidays more than getting matched with that special adult they have been waiting for!

So, make this holiday season extra special for you and child in need and call one of our area offices for information on becoming an adult volunteer for Kinship Partners!

Brad is one of the children in our program who is waiting for a partner. He is 11 years old and is from Pequot Lakes. Brad enjoys most every outside activity, especially hunting, boating and woodworking. He is in need of a positive male role model in his life because his father is not present in the home.

So, as we approach this holiday season and you look forward to sharing peaceful, happy times with your friends and family, think about one more present you can give! The best part about this present is that it doesn't cost anything and the benefits can last for a lifetime!
