Firefighters respond to oven fire

The Brainerd Fire Department at 2:57 p.m. Sunday responded to an oven fire at a residence on the 300 block of Second Avenue Northeast. Firefighters put out the small fire and ventilated the home. No injuries were reported.

Grass fire

The Brainerd Fire Department at 4:13 p.m. Sunday put out a small grass fire on Spencer Road.

Chimney fire reported

The Brainerd Fire Department at 9:19 p.m. Sunday put out a chimney fire at a residence on the 7000 block of Craig Road. No damage or injuries were reported.

Carbon monoxide investigated

The Brainerd Fire Department at 9:37 p.m. Sunday investigated an activated carbon monoxide detector at a residence on the 300 block of K Street. Firefighters investigated for a source and cleared the scene at 10:18 p.m.
