PORTLAND, Maine -- Memorial services for Morris Jeremy Miller will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2004, at Elysian Assembly of God. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery in Clearwater, Minn., at a later date.
Morris died on Monday, Nov. 15, 2004, at Maine Medical in Portland, Maine, the result of a massive cerebral hemorrhage. He was 34 years and one day old.
Morris was born in Shell Lake, Wis., on Nov. 14, 1970. At three days of age, he was adopted by the Rev. Merwin and Em Miller, then of Verndale, Minn. He lived in Wells, Minn., until age 12, and lived his teen years in South Dakota, graduating from Britton High School in Britton, S.D., in 1989. He served several years in the Army National Guard.
He is survived by daughter, Chantelle Miller, Brainerd, Minn.; parents, the Rev. Merwin and Em Miller, Janesville, Minn.; sister, Michelle (Duane) Coyle, Byron, Minn.; brother, Marc Miller, Brainerd, Minn.; niece, Melissa Scrabeck, Detroit; nephews, Paul and John Scrabeck, Byron, Minn.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Morris was preceded in death by his grandparents and one uncle.
