Pequot Lakes falls 10-0

EVELETH - Katarina Jensen stopped 23 shots for the Pequot Lakes Patriots and Brooke Serfling had 10 saves in a 10-0 loss to the 10th-ranked Eveleth-Gilbert Golden Bears on Saturday afternoon.
The Patriots trailed just 1-0 at the end of the first period, but the Golden Bears put the game away in the next two periods, while holding the Pequot Lakes scoreless.
On Friday night, the Patriots lost to Babbitt-Embarrass Knights 5-1. Erica Munson had the lone Patriots' goal in the third period on assists from Amanda Carlson and Michaela Zebro.
