This is an awfully cheap purchase price for this particular piece of property and wonder if the city ever placed it on the market for bids?

In response to the person who wants the stakes removed from Baxter yards, first of all, at no point should anyone be going fast enough to be sliding into people's yards to hit these stakes. I don't want you anywhere near my home. Secondly, I don't see the city of Baxter out in my neighborhood repairing the two- to three-foot areas of grass missing every year in the front of my house. If we shouldn't worry about it, we won't worry about mowing it either. I'm sure you'll be the first to have an issue with that, too.
