Correction

In a clarification of her position related to a juvenile detention center Nov. 14 Page 6A story, Crow Wing County Human Resources Director Susan Beck said she was questioning the need for secure programming not secure detention. Beck said she sees a need for secure detention. Beck said she doesn't see the need for longer term programming in Brainerd as foster homes, group homes and other options provide non-secure programming.
