WILLMAR - Courtney Stach scored 15 points and Kim Rosecrans added nine, but the Central Lakes Conference women's basketball team couldn't overcome 25 points from Ridgewater's Tarra Billiet in an 81-39 loss Saturday at the Ridgewater Invitational.
Sarah Mulroy added six points and Kristi Myers added four for the Raiders.
"It was a very good tournament with good quality teams," said Raiders coach Brad Amundson. "Saturday we got beat by a better team at this point in the season. Ridgewater should do well in the south half of the division.
"I was impressed with our overall effort. We got behind early, but I was proud that we kept playing. It's early in the season and we had some things exposed, but the effort was there."
