Local housing briefs

Betsy Hollister, a real estate agent with Edina Realty, recently attended a legal update class in the Twin Cities that gave Edina Realtors the latest information on how to help consumers with short sales, consumer debt forgiveness and related financial options. Included in the seminar was an update on 2010 legislative action that may affect consumers and the real estate industry.
