ARREST - Arrested a 21-year-old man on a Minnesota Department of Corrections felony warrant at 4:19 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Oak Street.
DISTURBANCE - Received a call from a woman at 12:58 a.m. Thursday in an apartment on the 1000 block of South Sixth Street who wanted to speak to an officer about her neighbor whom she said walks loud on his floor while she is trying to sleep. She said her neighbor does it with no ill will and does not have loud parties. An officer advised her to contact her landlord.
THEFT - Alicia Rodman, 600 block of Southeast 11th Street, Wednesday reported the theft of a sweatshirt and a camera.
Sherri Oaks, 800 block of South 10th Street, Wednesday reported the theft of a debit card.
INVESTIGATION - Received a report at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday of an assault and a vehicle theft on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Police were unable to locate the suspect but the 32-year-old man was identified as having three Crow Wing County warrants. A complaint will be drafted charging the man with domestic assault by strangulation, terroristic threats, theft of a motor vehicle, felony probation violation, interfering with an emergency 911 call, misdemeanor domestic assault, fifth-degree assault and misdemeanor theft.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday at Highway 371 and Woida Road.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 12:53 p.m. Thursday on the 10000 block of Highway 371.
WATER COMPLAINT - Received a report Thursday of a swim raft left on Sorenson Lake that may be a danger for snowmobile traffic.
THEFT - Dean Olson, 10000 block of West Eagle Lake Road, Thursday reported the theft of a ground hunting blind.
