THEFT - Nicholas Giangospiro, 25000 block of Bluff Side Road, Wednesday reported a theft.

CRASH - No injuries were reported after a car struck a deer at 4:01 a.m. Wednesday at Wise Road and Golden Pond Drive. A deputy dispatched the deer.

ASSAULT - Arrested a 23-year-old Brainerd man for fifth-degree domestic assault, criminal damage to property, possession of drugs and no proof of vehicle insurance following a physical domestic altercation at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on the 500 block of First Avenue Northeast.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Randy Hansen reported his vehicle was egged early Wednesday and the kids responsible were hiding in the bushes. Officers were unable to locate the kids.

THEFT - Alex Donth on Tuesday reported his cell phone stolen at Brainerd High School.

Rebecca James, 8000 block of Dal Mar Drive, Tuesday reported the theft of jewelry.
