WALKER - The following appeared recently in Cass County District Court:

Scott David Stommes, 25, Cold Spring, received a withholding of adjudication for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, received credit for one day jail already served and was placed on three years and one day supervised probation.

Tessa Marie Kriesel, also known as Tessa Marie Pollock, 22, Backus, was sentenced for felony identity theft to 20 days jail and 25 days electronic home monitoring, fined $700 and placed on 10 years supervised probation.

Joseph Harvey Keefe, 51, was sentenced for felon convicted of a violent crime within the last 10 years illegally possessing a pistol or assault weapon to 30 days jail and placed on seven years and six months supervised probation.

Myron Ward Eastman, 28, Wadena, formerly of Pillager, was sentenced for felony second-degree controlled substance crime (possession with intent to sell) to 24 months prison, with credit for six days already served.

Charles Wayne Wade III, 22, Brainerd, was ordered to serve 20 days jail for violating probation he is serving for felony third-degree burglary.

Michael Lewis Kelner, 64, Remer, was ordered to serve 30 days jail for violating probation he is serving for felony third-degree arson.

Frances Elizabeth Reese, 23, Walker, was found in violation of probation she was serving for felony third-degree assault and received execution of the balance of a year and a day prison, with credit for 197 days already served.
