CUSHING -- Joyce M. (Pasek) Tenold, 43, Cushing, formerly of Kettle River, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2001, at St. Cloud Hospital.
She was born Jan. 31, 1958, in Duluth to Leonard and Mary (Karasiewicz) Pasek. She graduated from Moose Lake High School in 1976. She moved to Duluth and attended technical college. In 1985, she moved to Onamia where she owned and operated a clothing store. She was active in the Onamia Chamber and Lions Club. She received her cosmetology degree from St. Cloud Beauty College. She moved to Cushing in 2000. She was currently working at the Fine Line Salon and Spa in Brainerd.
Survivors include her husband, Lee; two sons, Travid Decker, Cushing, and Leonard Tenold, Cushing; her father, Kettle River; her mother, Moose Lake; three brothers, Jim, Kettle River, Jeff, Kettle River, and John, Hinckley; and two sisters, Julie Spralin, Onalaska, Texas, and Jan Koenings, Brooklyn Park.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Chapel in Split Rock Township, Carlton County. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Split Rock Township.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday with a prayer service at 8:30 p.m. followed by a rosary service at Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home in Moose Lake and an hour before services Wednesday at the church.
