LITTLE FALLS -- Frances E. Nelson, age 92, of Little Falls, Minn., passed away Saturday, Nov. 14, 2004, at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls. Friends may call from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls. The Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls is in charge of the arrangements.
