BAXTER - Perry Hurth of Keller Williams Roers Realty in Fargo, N.D., facilitated a Business Planning Clinic for real estate professionals at the Rapid River Lodge in Baxter. The clinic was attended by more than 40 real estate professionals from throughout Minnesota and North Dakota.
The clinic was based on the principles laid out in Gary Keller's best-selling book, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent." Attendees of the clinic created one-year, three-year, five-year and someday goals and identified the milestones that will support those goals. They also were given the tools to develop a detailed one-year business plan to guide lead generation, money management and organizational development.
Amundson joins Prime NORTH GMAC
NISSWA - Harlen Amundson recently joined Prime NORTH GMAC Real Estate in Nisswa as a real estate agent.
Amundson, who lives on Gull Lake, has four years of real estate experience. He moved to the lakes area from Novi, Mich., in 1994 after retiring from Ford Motor Company. After retirement, he established a consulting service and traveled extensively serving clients in Europe and South America. Amundson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and has a master's degree in mathematics from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Amundson has experience in listing and selling all types of home and land.
Amundson is a member of the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors, the National and Minnesota Association of Realtors, the Greater Lakes Multiple Listing Service and the Minneapolis Northstar Multiple Listing Service.
