COPLEY, Ohio -- Dale E. Neisse, 62, Copley, Ohio, formerly of Brainerd, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at Hospice Care Center in Copley, Ohio, of cancer.
He was born Nov. 4, 1939, in Leslie Township to Ed and Lydia Neisse. He was a graduate of Clarissa High School, Brainerd Junior College and attended St. Cloud State University. He served in the Army Special Forces in the 1960s. He was an owner/operator for many years and was employed by Schneider National as an over-the-road driver.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle; a stepdaughter, Dr. Liz Dubich, Columbus, Ohio; a son, Steven Dubich, Hawaii; three brothers, Al, Antioch, Calif., Ronald, Battle Lake, and Robert, Brainerd; and two sisters, Rosie Miller, Monterey, Calif., and Viola Koonze, Fremont, Calif.
Private services and burial will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to the Haven of Rest Ministries of Akron, Ohio.
Arrangements are with the Cremation Society of Ohio.
