Working on the railroad

Tom Yeager (left) and Merle Gallant Jr., Burlington Northern Santa Fe equipment shop foremen, on Tuesday inspected one of the 15 machines the Brainerd equipment shop re-manufactured for shipment to California. The machines will be used for a track maintenance blitz that will entail a complete upgrade of the track between Fresno and Stockton, Calif.
