The greatest rush of deer hunters into the woods of Minnesota ever known at one time was evidenced over the past weekend when more than 50,000 hunters tramped the woods north of Brainerd.

John J. McCarthy arrived this afternoon from Missoula, Mont., where he has been for nearly two years. He has sold his moving picture show there. He looks prosperous and declares himself so.
