Wilford C. Petersdorf

PILLAGER - Wilford C. Petersdorf, 89, of Pillager, passed away Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at the Homestead in Coon Rapids. He retired from Minnesota Department of Transportation and moved to Pillager and was a member of the Pillager American Legion.

Survived by wife, Selma, Coon Rapids; children, Thomas (Mary) Sims, Iowa, Gloria (Bill) Richards, Coon Rapids, Wayne (Kathy) Petersdorf, Duluth, Wanda (Paul) Holmboe, Minneapolis; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Almeda (Bill) Neuman, Cohasset, Carol (Walt) Holm, Star Prairie, Wis., Faye Burud, Hamilton, Mont.; brothers, Curtis (Rose) Petersdorf, Gardner, Ore., Ronald (Theresa) Petersdorf, Farmington, Minn.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 3901 36th Ave. S., Minneapolis. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements are with Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home, Cambridge.
