Staples Motley High School will present a two-act farce "Evil Doings at Queen Toot's Tomb" at 8 p.m. today-Saturday in Centennial Auditorium.

Meanwhile, the Lake Region Christian School of Baxter also is gearing up for its dinner-theater production of "The Best Laid Plans," a comedy with a Jamaican setting. The production features a cast of 10.
It will run Nov. 16-17 at the school, 2110 Fairview Road, with dinner at 6 p.m. Tickets for the play and dinner are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and children. Play-only tickets at $8 and $6 also are available by calling 828-1226.
In other student news, Bemidji State University has announced that SteveAnna Schellin of Brainerd is a member of the Red Line Swingers, the school's pep band. She is a freshman majoring in art education. The Swingers perform at BSU athletic events.
