MILACA (AP) - It's life in prison for a St. Cloud area man accused of killing a Little Falls man and assuming his identify.
A Mille Lacs County jury convicted Jeremy Hull of first-degree murder for the death of 21-year-old Lewis Wilczek in April 2007.
Moments after the verdict was read, Judge Steven Anderson sentenced the 25-year-old Hull to life in prison without chance of parole.
Hull was arrested after St. Cloud police stopped Wilczek's pickup and found Hull driving and claiming to be Wilczek. He was accused of withdrawing more than $50,000 from Wilczek's bank accounts after Wilczek's disappearance.
Wilczek's burned body was found in a gravel pit near Foreston in May of 2007.
