'Old Turtle' author to sign copies of new book

LITTLE FALLS -- Author Douglas Wood will be at Bookin' It in Little Falls from 6 to 7 p.m. Nov. 13 to sign copies of his new classic, "Old Turtle and the Broken Truth," a sequel to Wood's best-selling fable, "Old Turtle."

Though marketed as a children's picture book, "Old Turtle and The Broken Truth" is a storybook for all ages. It's an illustrated parable of diversity and inclusion that offers readers hope and inspiration and a vision of peace.

Wood also will sign copies of his picture book, "What Santa Can't Do." Released in October by Simon and Schuster, "What Santa Can't Do" is a follow-up to his earlier books, "What Moms Can't Do," "What Dads Can't Do" and "What Teachers Can't Do."
