Advent Day of Reflection
LITTLE FALLS - The Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls invite the public to attend an Advent Day of Reflection entitled, "God Among Us: Celebrating the Incarnation in our Daily Lives," from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls. The Church's liturgical year always brings us back to our beginnings and to the source of our being. The coming of God among us as a human like ourselves is a great and wonderful mystery. Both St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi found in this mystery a source of awe, wonder and amazement and a continual reminder of God's tender and never-failing love for creatures. Drawing from the Franciscan spiritual tradition, attendees will contemplate this saving event and find in it never-failing energy for daily living. Presenter, Sister Elise Saggau, a Franciscan Sister of Little Falls, is an editor and gives talks and retreats. For more information or to pre-register by Nov. 19, contact (320) 632-0668 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org; www.fslf.org.
